The Institute for the Application of Nuclear Energy INEP has for decades been a synonym for expertise, reliability, and innovation in the field of biomedical sciences and laboratory diagnostics. Our commitment to quality is not just part of our business strategy-it’s the foundation of our identity.

INEP is accredited in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO 13485, reaffirming our commitment to the highest levels of quality management, expertise in laboratory testing, and the safety of products intended for the healthcare sector.

ISO standards are internationally recognized frameworks that guarantee the efficient, consistent, and transparent execution of business processes.

Thanks to this body, the Institute INEP not only maintains the necessary certifications, but also continuously improves its internal procedures while fostering a culture of quality reflected in every aspect of its operations. Special emphasis is placed on regular internal audits and employee education on the importance of quality in performing daily business activities.

The Quality Management System Body plays a key role in implementing the quality policy, ensuring that all our processes meet the highest standards-both nationally and internationally.

In accordance with the requirements of the relevant ISO standards and the national accreditation policy implemented by the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS), this body:

• monitors and analyzes all aspects of the quality system,
• initiates and implements improvements,
• ensures full compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks.

From research and development, through the production of diagnostic tools, to the provision of laboratory services-every step at INEP is conducted according to clearly defined procedures and validated protocols, with continuous quality control and full traceability through a documentation system, all in compliance with the requirements of the standards.

In an era where the trust of users and business partners is primarily based on reliability and transparency, the Quality Management System Body represents a key guarantee that INEP remains an institution of integrity, high standards, and lasting responsibility toward human health and safety.
