The provisions of Article 66 of the Law on Science and Research (Official Gazette of the RS No. 49/2019) and Article 30 of the Articles of Association of the Institute for the Application of Nuclear Energy INEP stipulate that the Science Council shall be established in the Institute as a science body of the Institute, with the number, composition, and method of member election regulated by the Articles of Association of the Institute.
