Gamma spectrometric tests
Gamma spectrometric analyses include analyses of various samples from the environment, such as soil, mineral fertilizers, water, food, and items of general use. The gamma spectrometric method determines the activity of various radionuclides: 134Cs, 137Cs, 40K, 226Ra, 232Th, 235U, 238U.
Agrochemical tests
We also provide the services of analyses of soil and plant nutrients and soil improvers within the Department of Radioecology and Agricultural Chemistry.
The fundamental soil fertility analysis package includes the determination of active and substitutional acidity, total nitrogen content, easily accessible forms of phosphorus and potassium, and the content of organic matter and humus. In addition, we perform the analyses of the content of alkaline earth carbonates, total and accessible forms of microelements and heavy metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn), and accessible forms of calcium and magnesium.
The analyses of plant nutrients and soil improvers include the determination of different forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and the content of secondary elements and microelements in various mineral and organic fertilizers.
Professional activities related to gamma spectrometric and agrochemical tests
- Study research, design, engineering, supervision of works, expert consulting, project audits;
- Introduction of perennial grass bioenergy crops of the second generation into regular agricultural production and their use for phytostabilization of damaged land surfaces.
